If you have signed up and paid for a service by mistake or no longer wish to continue with your subscription with Aiakumen and you did not cancel your subscription payment in time, we will refund your subscription payment within 5 days of the original subscription payment, providing that the account has not been used since the last subscription renewal date and payment.
